CB Weights/Production

It seems my Weights on CBs is off.

R. Jones and H. Bradley are both Rated 80/80, which is solid.

R. Jones actually 'plays' like I would expect an 80, while H. Bradley is playing what I would consider more like a 90. Now, part of this could be who covers the #1 WR and other factors, so maybe I'm looking to much into this.

R. Jones
SPD 83 ACC 98 STR 59
INT 98 DISC 91
TKL 72 RUN 82
PUNISH 83 ZC 81/82 MC 75 CATCH 31
28 TKL 0 SACKS 4 MISS 61 TA 7 KD 30 CA 4 INT 48.18 CA%

H. Bradley
SPD 70 ACC 95 STR 48
INT 100 DISC 94
TKL 86/87 RUN 45
PUNISH 100 ZC 91 MC 83/84 CATCH 17
32 TKL 0 SACKS 1 MISS 49 TA 7 KD 18 CA 4 INT 33/78 CA%

What we see is the major difference is Speed and Catch, of which Bradley is lower in both. Yet both are Rated 80/80 by my Weights. Also there is a big gap in Run Defense, yet Bradley holds his own and even (so far this Season) misses less Tackles. He also has the same Knock Downs and INTs despite vastly worse Catching, which may have 0 affect on INT but I like it as a 'bonus' in case.

But the difference in CA% is huge, where Bradley plays 'like a 90' and Jones plays like his 80 Rating.

I'm happy with both, believe me... just wondering why I would see Bradley as the Lesser Player (despite my Weights making him 'equal') and yet he plays like the Better Player.

Any ideas are welcome. I think I'll add my CB Weights for discussion.
Weights: CB
100 SPD 100 ACC 50 STR
20 INT 20 DISC
1 CATCH
100 TACKLE 1 STRIP
1 PASS RUSH 100 RUN DEFENSE
100 PUNISH 100 ZC 100 MC

So that's how I did my CB Weights. Thoughts? Ideas? Explanations? Thanks!

The immediate difference I see is Punish, Tackle, and M2M Cover. Jones has 83, 72, and 75, which is what I would expect an 80 overall to play like, Bradley has 100, 86, and 83, which is where I would put a 90 overall. If your opponents aren't running a lot of deep and medium routes, then SP doesn't matter. Also, if you have a good DL that is disrupting those deep and medium passes anyway, SP doesn't matter.
