You can turn them on - just go to My Team->Edit Player Weights and set the attribute value for any position to a number other than zero. That will cause it to show up on the player card if they are in that position, and will also impact the composite rating that you see (so if you really value pass blocking WR's, you can set it to 100 and get a roster full of the best pass blocking WR's; or, just set it to 1 to have it basically have no effect on the player ratings but still show up in the player card.)
