Correct Call?

MFN1 OAK @ MIA

1-10-OAK 34 (0:02) 16-Dave Bobby 53 yard field goal is GOOD. PENALTY - Holding (MIA 57-Sylvester White)

END OF SECOND HALF.

Before the FG attempt the scores were tied at 14.The End of Half score was still 14-14

I`m not 100% certain about this,(maybe only 75%),I know the half cannot end in a Defensive Penalty, but this is a Offensive penalty, shouldn`t the 3 points be chalked off and MIA tried another FG from 5 yards back?
I`m probably wrong with my assumption,If any budding/former NFL ref could help me out....

That call is correct - if the offense commits a penalty as time expires the down is not replayed.

Thanks JDB,like I said I was not 100% certain, just thought it needed flagging for your attention.

Thanks for mentioning it, I'm always on the lookout for errors and it's good for me to explain to increase my confidence that it's working right, or to have to fix it where it's not!
