Other than winning more games, how does one go about improving their stadium attendance?

In addition, how does one begin to "Demand" a new stadium?

I would love to see stadium upgrades as part of this game in the future.

In custom leagues you can simply up your stadium capacity ..

It doesn't matter what your capacity is.

What little impact attendance has is all done by percentage of capacity, not actual attendance.
