Playoff clinch formula neglecting tied results(?)

This is in reference to the present playoff situations in the mfn 15.

At the moment Houston is indicated as clinching a playoff spot but I don't believe that that is correct.

Right now there is a three-way tie for first in the AC South. If by some chance Houston manages to lose their last game and the results of the Indianapolis - Jacksonville game is a tie then Indy and Jacksonville will end at 10 5 1 and Houston will end at 10 and 6.

If this happens then Indy or Jacksonville will win the division and the other team will be the number 6 seed. Houston will be out therefore they shouldn't have a clenched Mark right now.

An unlikely combination of results I know but the clinch Mark appears to be in error.
