I'm about 90% sure DarkRogue is still playing and is actually a well-respected and active user, but playing under a different multi. I just don't have a 100% smoking gun yet. It's my next big MFN conspiracy :)

actually i wouldnt mind if he was doing that or even if he came back with his major account with only the speculation ( i think thats the word i want to use) that he has learned his lesson from the mistakes he has made and he has learned that really what he does can effect the leagues especially considering some of his teams have been dominating their leagues .

because basically we have to all forgive and forget .

Now if he cames back with his major account or a bogus account and he goes back to what he was doing or what people have said he was doing in where he hasnt learned his lesson or learned from his mistakes then really it would best if he didnt play this game again.

I mean if the DarkRogue account was restricted to three teams, using a multi to get around it would be cheating, so it's still actively happening. Also, I feel very played and that's annoying too. If he had owned up and got back in everyone's good graces, that'd be one thing, but it's been done through nefarious methods.

The minimal teams thing was part of a probationary status, which expired over a year ago. Lets be real though, there would always be a certain perception (rightfully so) that would skew the way people saw this user and anything I did with it. I do not use this account at all anymore and waited until the probationary status was over before doing anything with another account. Now if you believe what I'm saying or not is up to you, just thought I'd shed some light on it.

Now this is juicy.

I really don't like how you were able to reap the benefits of the multi abuse and took no action to try to remedy it. You could have broken apart those super teams and re-leveled the playing field, but you instead kept those teams and won with the benefit that you gained by cheating, which is lame because you probably didn't even need that advantage. Plus, you were able to do all this without the stigma for what you did. And it went mostly undetected until now. Now that it's finally coming out, you're leaving and getting a hero's sendoff.

I'm pretty amazed how hard you played the MFN community.

The original big collusion scandal. This whole thing spurred the rules about player opinion, player position restrictions, and same IP trading restrictions. Despite being busted for multi's and collusion, the moves were never reversed. DarkRogue was kind of a pariah at that point, so he took those teams back over using a different user name to get a fresh start. He got very good with tactics, and was able to take over those collusion fueled teams and dominate in those leagues.

Oh man, I remember this. It was just after I started. This was also during the great stash FA period where you could make everyone a punter and hide them in FA as long as no one was searching for out of position players.
