How much of a % increase should we except of a older player retiring each season?If it shows say 20 or 30 percent. Is the sim factoring in injuries and playing time of that season?

It's about 10% on average each year; injuries do influence it but only serious ones.

Seems like a bit of overcompensation. Offering my 79/79 QB, fourth highest rated in the league, <1% chance of retiring, 10 yrs, for a first isn't even close to being balanced. I think that a proven QB with tread on the tires should be considered way higher. maybe that's just me though.

No kidding... A concussion, a serious knee AND ankle injury, and crazy amounts of other minor injuries. Surprised he hasn't just spontaneously shattered on the field.
