Can's sign Coaches (help)...

Just got this team. Position Coaches are making way more than OC/DC.
Having a hard time trying to resign and unscramble this mess. Offers are too high, can't resign OC/DC because position Coaches make more than them already, etc...
How did this happen? Any advice?

Resign a bunch of minimum salary position coaches. That's probably the easiest way to get started.

What you will have to do is FIRE every position coach and try to hire a replacement at 120,000 for those positions then you might free up enough money to resign the OC/DC .

it sucks dont get me wrong but thats the only way you can do it

i have had to do that for a team of mine just so i could sign the OC though i know the next time the contracts come up for the OC/DC/HC i might have to fire the OC/DC to keep my HC.

To me, the Coordinators contracts are the key .. you can increase by a dollar the HC and minimum the PCs ... that easily smooth outs the coaching cap ..

well by the sounds of what the OP said i dont think he can increase the HC or even the OC/DC .

So he has to either fire every position coach and get a new one at 120,000 for each position then hope he can resign the OC/DC/HC

Or he has to fire the OC/DC/PC and get new ones at 120,000 piece to be able to resign his HC.

Either way you look at it it is complete mess which at least he is willingly to take teams over that are a mess.

True...but that's not my situation here.
I'm not even sure how the last Owner was able to set out contracts to position coaches that are a **** of a lot more than what the HC/OC/DC were making in the first place.

There was a utility that would balance coaches. Did it go away?

No sir...something looked different but i can't put my finger on it. still have a position coach making more than the oc/dc

There was at one time a patch that appeared for a week or so advising about coaching salaries and you could click a link and it would fix them. But I thought going forward that wasn't supposed to happen.
