We had issues in the past when we played in the public leagues. Since we signed up over 4 years ago, on the same laptop, we cannot trade with each other. It must be a fail-safe. I informed Jcruz just so he knew our background as I knew there could be a potential issue. It is my fault entirely that there was an issue. I failed to change the user on my laptop. I am just not used to someone else using my computer. His soon to be ex-wife claims to have "lost" his laptop. The bottom line is, I have known this man since junior high school. Going on 50 years, we are competitive in almost everything, since Little League and Pop Warner. I want to beat him at this game as bad as he wants to beat me. While we do talk about the games, players, and yes, other GM's. We both were mentored by Grandadb, play similar games, (mine is better) we really don't have any deep-seated need to win a digital championship. My self-esteem is not so low that I have to CHEAT, with exploits and Bully tactics. This is a strategy and role-playing game, I live in the real world. Trust me, if I'm going to compromise myself to beat someone out at all costs, a brinks truck, and a supermodel will be involved. Salty, is just salty for the same reason you were angry with me. I will say it again, as I brought the subject up with JDB during the investigation. The hoarding of draft picks and fleecing of new owners/GM's may not be against the rules, but many consider it poor sportsmanship. I just don't agree or understand. To each his own, I've been in MFN for 4 years (RL) now, been in leagues with some of the best, and frankly, you and salty, don't spring to the top of the list. No insult intended, gentleman. Now, that it's all out in the open, the evil secret, like a Rosie O'Donnell nude selfie, I trust this will be the end of the conversation that clogs the forum.
