Looking at Tennessee Titan Team Records and I have a few Team Records that will likely be broke this season
QB Walter Azevedo https://paydirt.myfootballnow.com/player/4790 Is only 7 TD passes away from being Franchise Record Holder. He took over as starting QB just two seasons ago and has a big part in my team's success - winning the division twice in a row RB Andrew Hobbs https://paydirt.myfootballnow.com/player/6180 Is 323 yards and 6 rushing TD away from being the franchise record holder for both stats. Signed him before the 1983 season to a huge contract (renegotiated the next season to help the team's budget) but his health has always been in question. Often gets injured so hopefully he can break both records WR Robert Roberts https://paydirt.myfootballnow.com/player/7894 Only in his 3rd year, but is only 7 receiving TDs away from holding the record WR Mark Ramos https://paydirt.myfootballnow.com/player/5803 A familiar face in TN and longtime mainstay, Ramos is 493 receiving yards away from being the franchise record holder. He is also only 155 yards away from being the Total Yards record holder. This should be no problem since he splits time between the backfield and wide out. CB Robert Hodgin https://paydirt.myfootballnow.com/player/7408 Just re-signed to a long term deal. The 4th year veteran is only 4 interceptions shy of holding the franchise record. I'm excited for this season. Hopefully I finally have my real life favorite team on the right track.

Nice, dd35.
I might do a similar analysis with my team. I’ve started perusing my players stats and because I’ve been the GM for 16 seasons, I’ve become quite attached to my players, many of whom spent their entire career with the team. Although the attachment is weird when you think about it. |

I don't know what's wrong with me anymore? lol My Punter retired, and I am just now noticing it.
I was just so used to having Jerome Bailey there 4-6000 yards punting, He would drop 40-50 punts a season inside the 20 to bail us out and give the defense a leg up. Seth drafted him back in 73, in 13 seasons he punted 1386 times fo 64889 yards and 456 kick inside the 20 He is the last of seth's players to leave the team and I now have no players left from when I took over in KC. He retires as the #9 punter In Paydirt history. He is, of coarse, the #1 Punter in Chiefs Nation (1 of 2) He will be missed. Hats off to you Jerome "Beetle" Bailey. .............................................MM |
