The Seattle Seahawks didn't give away much by trading away LT Donald Goodwin but didn't get much in return either. Denver is hoping to turn Goodwin around in 1971. He has good skills but is nothing but a bowl full of jello and as lazy as a spoiled teenager. He needs to improve his strength, speed and discipline and I don't think it will happen. Good news is that Denver only looses a 5th rounder in the gamble.
