The Carolina Panthers looks to re-tool as they give away 4 playoff quality starters for 4 high round draft picks.

Although with an already powerhouse 49ers team those picks will most likely be at the end of the rounds. With this trade the San Francisco 49ers just put themselves in position to try and take down the defending champion Washington Redskins. The Panthers on the other hand must of saw that they could not compete for that NFC title with the roster they have. So they look to the draft to regroup.
