Carolina picks up RB Phillip Strickland from the Seahawks for G Willie Fain and the Eagles 2nd round pick in 72' that they picked up the trade with Philly moments before. Some nice dealin for Strickland who I really like. He has potential to do big things in Carolina with a long and team friendly contract. Seattle picks up a good 2nd rounder to help them with their rebuilding.

It's under the "GM PAGE" tab at the top. You can see how many times each team has traded with each other year by year. And also a totals row at the bottom. I believe jouameng leads the pack for the 2nd year in the row on total trades.
