I'd say reject judging by what happened to the Rams.
If we accept however, I'd suggest closely monitoring his account for the whole season. The Raiders were a championship team despite being an AI team. If they don't perform to expectation WITH an owner (I'd say minimum winning season or playoff birth), boot him off after the season.

I'm giving A-T one shot. If it looks like he is destroying a good team, I will kick him out.
