Um.......well I had to drop my Bengals again......that salary cap is so busted I cant even bring on a punter from FA. Its a shame cause they have a decent QB in Powell, but this team is jacked up.

Lots of Bengal players could be resigned to higher bonus/lower cap cost contracts.

Does anyone know where the thread is covering this method, so I don't have to type it out (again)?
