Welcome to Paydirt ThatBuddhaKidd,
ThatBuddhaKidd is not only a rookie to Paydirt but also to MFN. With just 3 weeks under his belt the Tennessee Titans hire the young upstart GM to try and compete with otterpop and the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC South. Tennessee has a few nice pieces on the roster and ThatBuddhaKidd will roll up his sleeves and get to work as the off season is approaching soon.

Welcome.
Be patient - DON'T try to trade your way into a better team! (At least until you are a contender for the Super Bowl.) It never works in the long term and you will likely be taken advantage of. Build your team by adopting a system and getting players through the draft and free agency that will compliment it.

I agree with everything that cruz says in all honesty. Until you have your weights, your offensive system, and your defensive system locked down, don't trade away picks, don't trade away top players, and never trade away boomers.
