Indianapolis moves up but pays a big price to get there.

Giving up a promising young CB Silva who had a good year for a rookie and their 1:30 to move up to 1:7 and collect a 3:30. CB Morales and QB Owen were thrown in to make the numbers work.

I don't see why this went up for a vote. Silva is late first round, early second round talent. At least 5 overall points lower than Haynes (which I also don't think should have gone up for a vote). If anything, this is titled toward Indy not away from it.

Anytime a CC member requests a trade review it has to be voted on. It takes 2 rejection votes for a trade to be reversed. Both conference reps and the Head of Football Operations get a vote. They can approve - reject - abstain. I do not get a vote. But I can and do request trade reviews. But in this particular case a CC member made the request. It passed and were on to the next one.
