I went back and looked and noticed that as well. This league used to have well defined defensive personnel rules that most players just continue to follow but I guess no one is enforcing them anymore, so this will be my last season in the league because I don't want to play all CBs to win games.

This is all entirely my fault for not enforcing and making an updated rules package for this year, I was going to but due to personal circumstances, I wasn't able to address them ahead of the season and I didn't want to change the rules suddenly after everyone setup their rosters and lineups after an offseason of draft planning and free agency signings. I will try to get some ready to go prior to the start of next year and hopefully have everything covered including any loose ends from the previous rules packages.

I moved Lowery back to CB before today’s game. I’ll keep him there. I searched and reviewed the top CBs and only me and 1 other owner had a top CB at WLB. The consensus seems to be a gentlemen’s agreement(since not written for DEF) to play them only in their position group. I don’t want to be an outlier and was surprised(and glad) that there were minimal examples of this. So I’m in line with everyone else as far as I can tell now and will play it straight moving forward. And still regulating my offense with the gameplay rules posted before 2007
