I just spent 45 minutes trying to get the player contract (resign a player) and in no way is it working correctly.
I tried everything, including running all the correct numbers to enter re: 1st yr sal / bonus wanted at 74.9 % blahblah. AI'd the math to be sure after entering all the digits again and again for 15 more minutes.
The contract window does not retain any information entered (eg yr 2 is not calculating at +5%. The issue compounds if one changes either the salary input or the years option.
The sliders are a night mare. There is no way to manually enter the correct digits in both the 1st yr + salary option (THAT was a fun number to arrive at manually). Insert salary. Insert bonus, and everything changes AND none of the numbers in the chart below change, and ALL of the math is wrong!
45 minutes and I got nowhere and must have done 40 different attempts of 20 different variations.

Bonus problem - copying and pasting any number from or to any place to enter a number does not paste, and ALSO changes all variables without changing any of the data in the chart.

No way can i resign any players right now, and I'm asking 2 things:
1: is there some completely new way to accomplish resigning a player I'm unaware of? and
2: May we have a sim delay or 2 BEFORE EOS to allow for players like me to be able to resign if 1 is true or if there's an actual bug.

I Didn't scan game forums, didn't see new issues about contracts in league forums.
I was able to do it last season/efa/draft/lfa and through pre season. I actually didn't resign any new players over the last 13 weeks of the 2014 season.

Anyway, i GOT to walk away, im super frustrated that I spent so long and accomplished nothing trying to do something that should have been quick and that ive done in the new UI prior to today.

I have had same problem and in other leagues as well!

I had this as well. A work around for me was after getting the numbers close to what I wanted to offer, I then changed the # of years and then changed it back to the # of years I wanted without manually changing the numbers again and it seemed to correct the math. If I needed to adjust from there I repeated the process.

That did not work for me. I used to be able to spend a bunch of time tweaking the sliders, playing with the yrs, but that does not work for me now.t
What i got was 15m yr one contracts with 100 m mil bonus - always withe the bonus being between 41-54% of the 8 -9 figure yr 1 contract the contract page spasmed into.

Resigning players is still impossible. It used to be guesswork that we could finally beat ourselves into accepting/submitting to as being close enough, but I can not even do that anymore.

It seems resigning players is a very serious issue moving forward.
I again suggest delaying EOS until all of the owners in the league know a consistent way to resign players.

It's a buggy mess, Like if Cinderella and the Headless Horseman went on a date in Neverland catered by the crocodile and Tinkerbelle at the corner of not possible and not happening avenues.
