I think this is an overpay for an LB without B&R. He's a liability in the passing game and can't be moved to Safety. LBs trade values are too inflated to be trusted.

One thing is sure. Carolina is fixed at the LB position for 5+ years unless traded. Is it enough to provide an effective defense? We'll see.

I like German. But I like this trade for Miami. They are in build mode and Carolina is in win mode. Two 1st rounders is an over pay yes but Carolina put them in a position to do this. But I still like Miami in this one.
