Thought this would be interesting and fun subject. Your "Underrated Starter" nominee must have the following minimum requirements:

1. Sub 50 trade meter value

2. 65 or lower AI default value

3. 650 or more plays for the season, at least 8 games started

4. On the first page of stat leaders by category, like sacks for defense or TD receptions for offense.

Originally drafted by the Raiders in the 29th round of the allocation draft. Released by the Raiders at Game 1 of the 72 season. Signed by Green Bay during the gdb "purge" after 3rd game of 72 season. Lando is a great example of what you can sometimes find in the FA pool if you look past the default values.
