The Tennessee Titans announced Dash as their new GM at todays press conference.

Tennessee ownership stated that they have full confidence in Dash and expect he will be the Tennessee GM for many years to come. "The revolving door here at the Titans complex has been an embarrassment to the organization. We are excited to hand over the reigns to new GM Dash and anticipate to be challenging Jacksonville for that AFC South title in a few years. We hope that this will be a happy marriage that will last for quite a while".

Dash is an experienced vet who has a reputation of delivering division titles. He has a lot of work to do in Tennessee and will roll up his sleeves as soon as he gets off the plane.
