The Houston Texans hire Since2001 as their new GM. Since2001 is a rookie GM with just 2 weeks of experience. The Texans have had their fair share of struggles in their first 4 seasons. They have an all time record of 16-48. The Texans hope a new GM with fresh ideas can turn around this team and make the team a real threat to the league. Since2001 picked a very easy division to win as the division winner only won 6 games last season. The Texans have decent cap room to work with, and an additional 2nd rounder this season.
