Not really. 3 starters and a Rd 1 for a 7th year player.

Yeah, this seems pretty one sided without the 1st even. I'm curious as to why Philly would do this?

Yeah, he offered the trade to me although I swapped some players out. If you at the players statistically though, Imler was top 12 in tackles and 7th in the league in sacks. Priess has only had 1 season in which he held opposing WR's to less than 40% catches allowed(although I understand that catch allowed percentages aren't the end all be all for DB's), Wood was a bench piece for him for the past 2 years, while Larson was thrown in as a position of need for me. I will admit that the 1st rounder does have the trade leaning in my favor though.
