A cautionary tale about taking players in the draft with high volatility ratings.

Taking high volatility players in the lower rounds might be a good bet. But in those first few rounds, well ...

It happened to me a couple of drafts ago My 1st rd draft choice at CB dropped 22 points during training camp. (I cut him after training camp - a big hit on my salary cap the next season.) But since this is not RL, I understand the tendency to gamble.

If u take a high vol guy that has great physical attributes like Speed/acc/strength then if he busts, he will still be valuable to your team. If your solely banking on non static attributes well, that’s playing with Fire.
