gg Lions/Duval and congrats on a great season, that was the Packs last shot at tryin to catch up in the division. Only time this season that the secondary was burned, especially CB1. which is unusual for 4.4
gg macrovil, nice to play a team that I can actually compete with, now here comes the pain baby with games against Cleveland, Arizona, Cincinnati, and Seattle.
Good game Patriots/vcr5150. I had a feeling that you were going to score on that last drive.
Without my starter LDE, his backup Derek Grose came up huge w/ 4 sacks and many hurries. He was the main reason why we won. We back at the top of the AFC East but still a long way to go.
Yes, good game. I didn't have a good feeling going in - our division has a history of beating each other up enough to keep anyone from getting a commanding lead in the standings.
An absolutely crazy game Chargers. Your offense was simply surgical in that final drive but Rayford Ho made the play when it mattered. Good luck rest of season!
We snuck this one out. Defense-Defense-Defense. Well cause this offense Sucks-Sucks-Sucks. lol
Note: I did not get the website updated like I said I would last night. Me feel bad. And there was some intriguing games. This week might even be better. Some really good races going on.
GG Titans you have a real tough Defense. The fumble as resulting TD that was called back just added to our frustration with scoring points. I was sweating a comeback late in the game but our D held tough all in all a close Defensive battle. 5 sacks again this week and 7 last week my sack machine may be making a late season comeback! Let's hope so! .....MM
GG Meatman its safe to say LT Scott Cash will be gone after this year anyone knows How to make your team go for it more on 4th down a private message would be greatly appreciated.
Races have shaped up as we head down the final stretch of 1977. Three divisions have ties for the lead. The AFC East, AFC North and NFC East. And we have three divisions that have teams only one game apart. AFC West, AFC South and NFC West. Only the NFC North and NFC South are stinking up the show as they say. With the strongest looking team atm in Paydirt the Detroit Lions walking away with the North and the South's Tampa Bay Buccaneers who went undefeated during the regular season last year with only a tie as a blemish.
Games have been hella close this season so far. Some teams have taken it on the nose on the losing end of them. Philly has lost 5 games by 5 points or less with three of those games by 3 points or less. Dallas has lost 4 games by 3 points or less. While a few teams have lost 3 games by less than a TD. They'd be looking a lot different if a play or two went their way.
Week 11 Recap
AFC West with San Diego's(8-3) loss to Carolina, Oakland(7-4) and Kansas City(7-4) were able to close up the gap within one game of the Chargers. Denver(6-5) who started the season like a house on fire, is in a free fall losing their 4th in a row.
East What a battle we have going on here. Miami(7-4) knocks off New England(7-4) in Paydirts Game of the Week to tie up the division. NY Jets(6-5) get ithin one game of those two with a win over Buffalo(2-9).
North And after a season long battle to get back to the front, Cincinnati(8-3) has finally tied it up with division rival Cleveland(8-3). Those two have been going at it since Paydirt's inception in 1970. The teams will face off in two weeks in Cleveland. Pittsburgh(5-6) has found their mojo under rookie GM cyclonelomax winning their 3rd in a row and 5 out of their last 7 games. Baltimore(5-6) is another team that came out of the gate fast but has fallen off.
South Tennessee(7-4) continues to lead the South by now by only the smallest of margins as Jacksonville(6-5) has battled back to within one game. Both Indianapolis(3-8) and Houston(3-8) have a bowl of popcorn watching the show.
NFC East Dallas(5-6) has tied up Washington(5-6) with a big win over the Redskins in week 11. The Cowboys have won their last 3 out of 4 games and will battle the Redskins one more time on week 16. Philly(4-7) took a tough lose to the inept NY Giants(3-8) to fall one game back of the division lead.
West Arizona(7-4) continues to lead the division but don't look back because Seattle(6-5) has closed back up to within 1 game of the Cardinals. But if you think that is the big story look again, because Los Angeles(6-5) has rose from the depths under the direction of GM greyghost1225. They face both Arizona and Seattle one more time this year. But they also gotta face Cincinnati and Cleveland as well. If they're gonna get there, they're gonna earn it that's for sure. San Francisco(1-10) trails the pack.
North Detroit(10-1) is the King of the Hill in the North. Knocking down any team in the North that come before them. Green Bay(6-5) made a run at em but this week's loss to the Lions puts the dagger in the Packers season. Chicago(3-8) and Minnesota(3-8) are also in the popcorn bowl.
South Tampa Bay(9-2) has a 6 game win streak and a 3 game lead over the rebounding Carolina Panthers(6-5). Atlanta(5-6) has fallen off of the division lead but in the heart of the wild card race. New Orleans(2-9) is holding up the rear.
