I don't usually get into discussions about other teams trades but can the Titans' GM explain why he would trade a 2nd round pick for a RB with 60 speed?

Its a second rounder 2 years down the road for one and two i probably will be getting a second rounder back here in the next few weeks but thats hush hush right now the player fits speed isnt the one thing im looking for
