Carolina continues to dump its accumulated draft picks and is still projected to be $20-30M over the cap next season (before the draft). Very good trade for Seattle, IMO. But can it continue to win with a 14 yr vet at QB who is close to retirement? Will it trade for or sign a QB?

I think it favors Seattle as well, but it is NOT review worthy imo.
