I don’t think there are any rules, but if you open that can of worms, expect the same in return.

I think it might be appropriate to PM the GM of the team being targeted. Like getting permission - which I understand is protocol in RL (but I definitely could be wrong). But there is no rule in MFN to do so. If you feel strongly enough, propose a rule and the league will vote on it.

Probably not but you hear news break all the time about coaches being seeked after so I think if there isn't that would be the reason because it already gets out I'll look into it but its not pressing to me just didn't wanna break any rules
