lol, all the league powers complaining about cap space, trying to scare us lowly dogs away from the talent. I know how this works. :)

Awfully silent this season...no Fa analysis and few draft opinions...Is everyone busy trying to get a leg up on 4.5?

The Arizona Cardinals pay QB George Flower last season's MVP of the league over 17 million a year for the next 6 years. A bunch of old slow guys were signed. The draft class isn't any good. The big news of the off season though is that Carolina doesn't have either of the top 2 picks with only 7 hours till the draft starts. I think that just about sums it up.

Pretty boring off season....even though Carolina doesn't have the top picks he has a boatload next season and it hasn't stopped him from being a PITA.

I'd be upset too if I threw away the future of the organization for a busted pick... who I eventually would go on to sell pennies on the dollar. Especially, if I hadn't been able to reach the playoffs my entire tenure in the league. Maybe you'll have better luck this year ;)

With the 32nd pick in the 1978 Paydirt Draft, the Miami Dolphins select CB Paul Brannen.

Another year, another offseason where I'm trying to find some elite talent for my secondary. Paul Brannen has average coverage ability but possesses all the physical tools to be an upcoming star in his position. We'll see if he can have a successful Training Camp and fills the CB1 spot in the roster.
