All Waiting List GM's will be notified via pm for team openings. Waiting list GM's have 72 hrs to respond. The Highest GM on the waiting list that has responded in the allotted time will get the team. If no GM's respond in the allotted time or if there are no GM's on the waiting list, the team opening will be advertised in the General forums.
