This is not the only trade Tampa joined the league on 7/20 and began continues to trade despite the 30-day restriction. Therefore, all trades by Tampa are invalid. The veteran GM's that are making these trades should know better and act accordingly. Knowingly breaking the rules is cheating and poor sportsmanship. I cite the following post:

Last, but not least, additional trade guidelines.

You may make a trade with another team until the trading deadline of Week 8. There is a limit of three trades between any two teams per season. New accounts are restricted from making trades until they are 30 days old.

I trust GM's will do the right thing.

I'm pretty sure we decided against that rule because it was just a bad interpretation from jgcruz. It is referring to their first 30 days in MFN not 30 days in Paydirt. The rule you posted is not a Paydirt rule it is an MFN rule. If you go to my team trades it is posted at the top of the page in all leagues. The game won't give new accounts an option to trade until 30 days.

That was not my understanding...if that's the case, then I'm wrong...but that is not what the post actually says, I misunderstood.

Any way the both trades made by Tampa are silly and they should be reversed....

To be clear, I did not challenge the trade for content, I no longer care when veteran GM's pounce on new guys for their top picks and players. I challenged all trades made by Tampa Bay-based on my understanding of this post in the rules thread and unless the interpretation is wrong, it seems pretty clear to me. Perhaps someone else challenged this trade separately, which I can understand as well because as marinarul said "it's silly"
and ,I will go so far asto say they are "bad trades".

And to clarify for those that voted to disapprove... Is it disapproving because it was completely lopsided and collusion? Or just a bad trade for one team?

I didn't request the trade review but I voted to disapprove. My reasoning: He's a starting CB in any team in this league, almost perfect coverage attributes, great speed, 2yr exp... that player is worth more than a 1st rd pick (and you can look at past trades for similar players) and you're only paying a 4th and a 3rd. The difference in value can change a franchise imo.

The trade has been voided. I also had to void a trade between Tampa Bay and Miami because one of the assets received by Tampa Bay in the (voided) trade with Carolina was subsequently traded by Tampa Bay to Miami - despite my admonition to Tampa Bay to keep everything in place pending the outcome of the league's vote on the original Carolina-Tampa Bay trade.
