Seattle continued their quest to accumulate picks today by trading away LB Jose Castillo for a 1972 5th round pick to Philly.
Castillo is has a strong frame at 6'0" 251 lbs but is slow as molasses. He has decent acceleration and cover skills. But with that speed the cover skills aren't gonna matter. The only hope I see for this cat is to gain a lot of weight, and I mean a lot.....and move him to the Dline. Or maybe use him in short yardage situations to stop the run. He is a project either way.
