This rules pertains to Trades only being permitted on Midweek as It will give more transpearency and oppertunity to elvalute trades. This would ONLY include trades made form Preseasonmidweek 1 thru the trade deadline on week 8. I feel we should allow trades up until the deadline but have included an option for that opinion as well.
