Not elite strength(if that actually matters) and not good tackling but to me those are just bonuses. He has a kicker for roughly 10 seasons that will kick touchbacks and not miss most FGs in big games. 4th round picks I see as adding starters at non premium positions or adding depth pieces. I think it's an alright trade. Otherwise Buffalo has to constantly spend picks trying to get a guy and then wait for that guy to develop
