Well I've run across something pretty weird. Maybe you guys can help me out.

Los Angeles is in cap ****. They have some good players that I went in and renegotiated long term contracts which saved some cap space. I go in the transaction log today to see if the contracts were accepted and none of the players I negotiated with had accepted the contract offers. That's not the weird part. Well kinda is but could live with it.

The weird part is a bunch of players that I didn't offer to and are junk players to boot, got 2 and 3 year contracts that put the Rams over the cap. I did not see any offers in the pending contracts when ken357 left. Thats the first thing I looked at. Any ideas?

How many days was the team open? As soon as we hit the "re-sign warning" period, the AI will auto-re-sign players, which I assume means that it will give players the asked for salary in the salary wizard.

aaah that makes sense. I will run this team then til I can get it out of trouble or if an incoming GM wants the challenge as some do like it.

I'll warn potential GM's of the situation and let them decide at that point. Til then I guess I'm moving to Los Angeles. Maybe I can get into a Hollywood party or two.
