that is a nice trade for the Dolphins. They get 3 very good and young players for a 1st rounder.

Carolina moves up in the 1st round and picks up an additional mid to early 1st rounder. Works out nicely for Carolina as well.

And yes the Phins need to win now. They are on the hot seat and making moves to do so.
