What are the second round picks? As it reads this looks really one sided.

The DT was one that I signed 2 games ago, anyone could have had him. The #1 from Cleveland will be a late round pick next season. The 2-2nd's, could be either early or late based on how the teams do next season, they belong to Seattle and Tampa Bay.

From Tampa`s point of view.

We get the Browns 1st next season (1.26 - 1.32 probably),we get a DT who will be our 2nd best DT and we give up SEA 2nd rounder (SEA are one of the best teams ,so late 2nd ) and our own 2nd rounder,with the help of 3 firsts in next seasons draft,we should be a better team that season than now.

So as Denver stated he liked win/win trades,I believe this is one of those.
