There are reports out of LA that the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Los Angeles Rams have made an agreement to swap 1st round picks. The report has the Rams sending back Jacksonville's 1980 1st rounder in exchange for Jacksonville's 1st rounder in 1981.

There are also reports that the Jags are in ongoing negotiations for other picks that LA owns.

Another report coming out of Paydirt Central is that the Jags and Rams have also agreed on a deal that will send Jax 1982 1st rounder for LA's 1980 KC 1st pick as well as LA's rights to Arizona's 1980 2nd round pick for Jax 1981 2nd and Jax 1982 3rd rounders. The details are still being worked out so they fit under Paydirt's trade restriction rule and MFN's trade value restrictions. All deals negotiated before the official start of the 1981 season do not become final until paperwork is sent to the league office on or after that date..

The LA End of Times is reporting that the hometown Rams could be sending their 80' 1st (Phi), 3rd (Det), 3rd (Nos) and a 80' 7th to the New Orleans Saints for their 82' 1st (Ten), 81' 3rd (Det), 81' 3rd (Nos) and 81' 7th.

The Paydirt Report is trying to confirm this breaking news.

I still have to dump a lot of salary and this team has some good players left. It's a good day when you can get a player you need and not have to pay em a bonus. I gotta release them before the end of the draft. Then the bonus money comes out of your pocket.

I'm out of town again til tomorrow, will respond to offers then.
