looking at the whole weight restrictions issue I see no one has voted in the polls ans I now think they don't make sense the way I worded them. Sorry.
I feel as though some change was needed it's kind of like whipping a dead horse at this point. The rumor is that you can put speedsters on the punt b lock team and they will have no effect on the play. I have read that several of the other exploit/bugs/ issues have been corrected. As it stands no you may ues WR/RB at both positions. I don't, However. it is NOT against any rule. I see that 10 of our GM's have joined seth's Big Data League myself included. I propse that the weight/position restrictions be tabled until we move to the 4.6 version and we seen how this version rolls out before we start making rules.
Thus the current rule of Denfensive linemen must be a minimum 276 lbs. is in effect. I also want to rfemind EVERYONE that YOU MAY NOT USE DBs (EDITED)* ST RUSHERS on the defensive line!. I don't care if they are listed ST rusher #40 or more! Go into your special teams and get them out B4 the start of the season! I don't want to hear that I don't check my special teams, it's part of the game DO IT!
I'd like to get to a point where we can abolish all or most of the extra rules. I'd like to see rules or restrictions that increase the difficulty of the game. In stead of rules that are of a punitive nature for cheating. Yes, (thats what it's called when you break the rules) I agree mistakes happen but I don't want to be the play by play police. It's not fun having to reprimand or punish anyone. Please if you make a mistake admit it fix it and move on. Don't wait until you get caught! if your accused of breaking a rule if you see it fix it. Enough said?
I will set a thread for discussion on the 4.6 version in the sticky notes in place of the weight restriction polls which will go away. Weight rules will remain in place from the past seasons....................................MM
