Yeah this game can be really frustrating until you finally figure out the proper player weights then build the roster accordingly then finalize a competitive game plan that consistently gives you a chance to win.
I've been playing this Sim for 5 years and it took time to figure it all out. Even then it's difficult to win until you can put together a decent roster.
Take thus league for example, I just joined post free agency & draft so despite having a solid game plan in place...I don't have the players to execute it. Until I have a full off-season, I will just have to struggle with a cast of misfits.
