The 2004 regular season will begin in about 2 1/2 days, and I first want to thank everyone who has chosen to stay or just joined this league during the last few weeks. We are currently almost at our goal of 75% owners in this league, and we have 9 open spots. If you have a friend or know someone that is interested in joining this league, let them know they're welcome to join.
But right now, to everyone in this league and all future members who will read this, I want to say, "thank you." None of us knew what would happen to the Paydirt Football League after the 2003 season due to the subscription policies, many players have left the league and for those who stayed, none of us knew who would remain and if the league could survive. After one offseason and one merger, as mentioned earlier, we are near our goal of 75% owners, and again, it is all thanks to you, past, present, and future Paydirt owners.
With that being said, I want to wish everyone the best of luck for the 2004 regular season, and let the 2004 season... BEGIN!!!
