Probably as most shocked as Ive been in all the time playing MFN, with back to back wins of 7-6 as an underdog in PO games and against two of the best pass offenses in the league. We get one TD and make it count. Have never seen that before. Last time I did something even close was with a wild card Packer team that won Paydirt way back when. Cant say enough about the Browns defense, especially the secondary as the Browns did not get anywhere near the pressure on Miami QB Hoerr that Miami was getting on Messer, we had two of our best DL out with injury. And as in the previous game against seth's Ravens, Messer did not Mess it up, other than the sack he took late in the 4th. All season he has at least once thrown a pick in or near our red zone. Thats why I increased the run for the PO's, reducing the chances of throwing picks at the expense of fewer yards and having more 3 and outs. Well, now time to see what we can do in a rematch with ccn's Raiders, who hung the first regular season loss on the Browns, 17-13, after 22 straight reg season wins. Been a crazy season, all the teams we are facing in the conference playoff are teams that beat us in the regular season. We dont have much offense, so its a huge reliance on the defense. Also lost another DE to injury in this game! I may have to pick up a FA.
