Thats to keep your job with Tennessee. Unless there is nobody on the waiting list at the time, like what helped UKRAIN keep his job with Baltimore for another season.

If a GM does get fired, they just get in line to be hired by another team if they so choose.

Challenge accepted! however i don't see that being an issue, i almost made it to 5 this year. lost a few tight ones towards the end.
