i wanted to ask if there are any rules to offering contracts to those under contract by other teams

I don’t think there are any rules, but if you open that can of worms, expect the same in return.

no rules against that as in RL.

As a matter of fact I expect it. If you guys see someone you like go get em.

I don't want any collusion going on here. Such as, if you dont hire one of my coaches I wont hire one of yours kinda stuff. Keep this as RL as we can.

fair enough but out of respect and to keep it like RL at least with me ill announce the ones ive offered its fair to know if someone on your staff is getting targeted

IDK. Is it really required in RL? If so, I'm for it.

I think it might be appropriate to PM the GM of the team being targeted. Like getting permission - which I understand is protocol in RL (but I definitely could be wrong). But there is no rule in MFN to do so. If you feel strongly enough, propose a rule and the league will vote on it.

Probably not but you hear news break all the time about coaches being seeked after so I think if there isn't that would be the reason because it already gets out I'll look into it but its not pressing to me just didn't wanna break any rules

I figured I have said it enough times about all the owners in the AFC West, but here is your daily ego stroke. Yes the AFC West would be lost without your greatness. lol
