I don't let anyone in my two leagues under a month, unless they also PM me. I think usually if they've stuck around that long, they'll more than likely stay. Of course I also lose out on good new owners which is a shame.
I'll do a once over with New England then jump on the Falcons as they are in a cap bind and could lose some good players. I'll see if I can make room to get em signed. If not Atlanta will be a full blown rebuild for the next GM.
