So they both would rather wait than rebuild the Cowboys? It could be at least a few seasons until someone is fired right?

At the end of the season I'll update the Hot Seat. But there were a few on the Hot Seat next year. I didn't intent to release Dallas to a incoming GM until I at least get the cap situation straightened out. Which might be another season. Unless a well seasoned GM wants the challenge of course.

I sent a pm to Pernbronze to make sure he intended to leave before I contact the wait list. Gave him 24 hrs to respond.

He did quit at least one other league so it's possible he may be cutting back. He still has quite a few leagues going.
