What will coachnorm do?

Arizona has 29 players on its roster currently. It has 12 picks in the upcoming draft. It barely has enough salary cap room to sign all 12 picks. If it does so, it will have 41 players - but no cap space to sign additional players, much less the required minimum of 46.

He is there and in control. I can see what he is doing and when looking at a rebuilding process he is right on with his thoughts. He is actually doing a good job going to a younger team, nice job.

It will make an interesting case study.

Yes, the key is obviously not only the draft picks, but judging by what he is doing is trading camp with the booms and busts. That will determine which direction he goes. If he was my son, I would tell him how proud I am of him. :)

If he were my son, I’d tell him it’s easy to gamble when there’s nothing at stake. ;-)

He and I have the same amount of championships, so I guess there is a connection of understanding.

I like his offense. If he lands some secondary and LB's, he will be competitive. I think he has a solid approach.

There is a reason behind CoachNorm actively seeking out trades. He made a good run and its time to recycle. I like what he's doing in Arizona. Run - Recycle - Repeat. He has some nice bargaining chips as well

There's so many different managing styles here it is a blast watching it all transform. Can't really see it in those early years of Paydirt's existence. But it has matured and those process can be seen more clearly. Good stuff.

I’m going to do exactly what I just did.
