Injuries

How can I (mfn6 Arizona) have 12 injuries and my opponent (Denver) NONE?
Mainly I wonder how he can have none :)

I don't play them when they have any injury mark, and sometimes I don't even play them when they are some weak after coming back from injury.
And I have backups and have put resting at matches rather low.
