It probably won't make too much of a difference but I think it's time for some heads to be chopped off in Miami. I've been very patient with HC Sean Wilmer but a 21-20 record is mediocrity at best. The Miami homegrown coaching tree may be extending its branches next offseason to look for some new coaches. But effective immediately, Sean Wilmer is out.
